Linde acquires the remaining shares of Hoek Loos (The Netherlands) and rebrands the company to Linde Gas Benelux), as well as AGA (Scandinavia). As a result, Chemogas becomes 100% member of The Linde Group and serves Linde Gas` Europoean Ammonia business as preferred intercompany-supplier

Linde acquires BOC (UK). Shortly there-after, Chemogas takes the lead of Linde`s global product management, marketing and (indirect) sales of Ethylene oxide within the entire Linde Group

EtO-exports centralisation within Chemogas (BOC-UK performs as global bulk break back-up for Chemogas NV, Belgium

Engineering and supply of Linde Algeria`s new filling & blending station for EtO by Chemogas NV

Chemogas` acquires of French Dehon-(Inventec`s) global EtO-business

MBO: Management of Chemogas NV and Gilde Equity Management (branch Belgium) acquire the shares of Chemogas from The Linde Group (including Linde`s global Ethylene oxide business in about 30 countries)

Start of multi-functional bulk break station for the filling and blending of chemical gases for third parties (contract filling)

Acquisition of Ethylene oxide specialist Stereo-Group, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and their regional EtO-business in Asia-Pacific
